Submitted by: Mayor Buck Clark Recommended City Council Action: Approval Summary Statement Expenditure Required Source of Funds Policy Issue Alternative Background Information: Mr. Quirk's term will expire December 31, 2015, to conform to existing Operation Threshold member terms. (See below.) PERT [City shall appoint one (1) member] • Shall provide oversight for the business, property, and affairs of Operation Threshold, a private, non- profit Community Action Agency. • Per Federal guidelines, the fifteen -member Board of Directors shall be made up of one-third consumer representatives, one-third private sector representatives, and one-third local elected officials or their designees. The public sector representatives are appointed for a one-year term, without a limit on the number of terms. Submitted by: Mayor Buck Clark Recommended City Council Action: Summary Statement Expenditure Required Source of Funds Policy Issue Alternative Background Information: Approval • Ms. Goldsberry 2nd full term will expire 12/8/2019. When Ms. Goldsberry was first appointed, she was fulfilling the unexpired term vacated by Pam St. John with an expiration date of 12/8/09. This was incorrectly recorded as her 1st full term.
