Summary Statement Expenditure Required Annual salary requirements : $ 57,491.20 Hourly Rate: $ 27.64 Benefits: $ 29,877.00 Source of Funds 010-22-5100-1111 Policy Issue Alternative Background Information: The Property Safety Inspector will be inspecting the rental properties every three years instead of five years. With the implementation of the new rental inspection process, a full-time rental inspector is needed.
