AN ORIDINANCE VACATING A 5' EASEMENT ALONG NORTHEASTERLY
LOT LINE EXCEPT 5 ' ADJACENT TO REAR OF LOT LINE OF LOT NO.
29, BYRN BRAE REPLAT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
The Five (5) foot easement along the Northeasterly lot line
except the five (5) feet adjacent to the rear lot line of
Lot No. 29, Byrn Brae Replat in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 6th day of June, 1977,
approved by the Mayor on the 6th day of June, 1977.
