Summary Statement
Requesting approval to make a promotion to Fire Lieutenant due to the promotion of
Lieutenant Bill Harter to Fire Captain. We have a current Certified Civil Service List for Fire
Lieutenant, which will be utilized for this promotion.

Need approval to hire someone to fill vacancy of Housing Coordinator position.

The Waterloo Housing Authority is requesting approval from the Mayor and Council to replace
Coretta Crawley. She is resigning to start a position at Unity Square Apartments with her final
day being 9/28/12.

Full time salary and benefits package.
