Summary Statement:
Requesting approval to make a promotion to Fire Captain due to the retirement of Captain
W.D. Carter. We have a current Certified Civil Service List for Fire Captain, which will be
utilized for this promotion. If approved the promotion will occur on August 26, 2012.
