AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (7) FIFTH STREET (W)
OF SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (7) FIFTH
STREET (W) TO SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (7) Fifth Street (W) of Section 549, Loading
Zones, of the 2008 Traffic Code is repealed in its entirety; that
a new Subsection (7) Fifth Street (W) of Section 549, Loading
Zones, of the 2008 Traffic Code is hereby enacted in lieu thereof
as follows:
