AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS
THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS (220a)
PHEASANT LANE AND (226a) RACHAEL STREET TO SECTION
551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsections (220a) Pheasant Lane and (226a) Rachael Street are
hereby added to Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain
Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, as
follows:
(220a) Pheasant Lane East side from Rachael Street to
Haines
(226a) Rachael Street North side from Kimball Avenue to
Colby Road
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this M1 day of May, 1977, and
approved by the Mayor this day of May, 1977.
