RESOLUTION NO. 2020-275
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE SALVATION ARMY, FOR
SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION LOCATED ON
PROPERTIES SOUTHEAST OF 55 FRANKLIN STREET AND
415 E. 7TH STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Reimbursement Agreement dated April 20, 2020, between the Salvation Army, of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $3,675.40 for sidewalk
reconstruction located on properties southeast of 55 Franklin Street and 415 E. 7th Street, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2020.
