AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF REGENT STREET LOCATED
NORTH OF HOLLYWOOD AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That portion of Regent Street beginning at the Center Line of
Hollywood Avenue and extending North two hundred seventy feet
(270) from the point of beginning all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 9th day of May, 1977,
approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of May, 1977.
