ORDINANCE NO. 2 8 8 5
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24799 AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-
SECTION NO. 114 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 113 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred fourteen (114) :
"114
Commencing at a point 33 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 89 North, Range 13 West
of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
thence East along the North line of the Southwest Quatter a distance'
of 272.48 feet to the Southwesterly line of Highway No. 20 as pre-
sently established; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly
line of Highway No. 20 a distance of 190 feet; thence Southwesterly
to a point on the East line of Wagner Road that is 562.4 feet South
of point of beginning; thence North along the East line of said
Wagner load to the point of beginning.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple Residence
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light Industrial District
as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 2nd day of May, 1977,
approved by the Mayor on the 2nd day of May, 1977.
