BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: That portion of the East-West alley lying West of the West line of Lovejoy Avenue in Prospect Place in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 197 Prospect Place; thence West 114.7 feet along the North line of said Lot 197; thence North at right angles seven feet to the center of said alley; thence West along the center line of said alley 5. 3 feet; thence North to the center line of said alley to the Southwest corner of Lot 193, Prospect Place; thence East along the South lot lines of Lots 193, 194 and 195 in Prospect Place to the Southeast corner of Lot 195 in Prospect Place; thence South to the point of beginning, with retention of a utility easement over, udder and upon all of the East-West alley lying adjacent to and North of Lot 197, Prospect Place, shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
