ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION
NO. 115 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 114 of said Section, the fol-
lowing Sub-Section No. One hundred fifteen (115) :
"115
Lot No. Forty-seven (47) in Meadowdale Second Filing in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except that part thereof
bounded as follows: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of
said Lot 47; thence South along the Easterly line of said Lot 47
a distance of One Hundred Sevent -five (175) feet; thence South
Fifty-four (54) degrees; Zero (0} minutes, Fifteen (15) seconds
West a distance of Two Hundred Twelve (212) feet; thence North
Forty-three (43) degrees, Five (5) minutes, Forty-five (45)
seconds West a distance of One Hundred Thirty (130) feet to the
Northwesterly line of said Lot 47; thence Northeasterly along said
Northwesterly line of said Lot 47 to the point of beginning.
Also,
Lot No. Forty-five (45) , except the South Eighty-nine and Fifty-
one Hundredths (89. 51) feet thereof as measured perpendicularly
to the South line of Said Lot 45, in Auditor' s Plat of Part of
Meadowdale in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3 Multiple Residence
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Residence
District as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
