AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF LOT B, CEDAR D.�LE ADDITION.
BE IT ORD<LINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF aATERLOO, IOW-ft, AS
FOLLOIgS:
A part of Lot B, Cedar Dale .Addition to Waterloo, Iowa,
beginning at a point on the East lot line of said Lot B
a distance of 80 feet North of the Southeast corner;
thence westerly at right angles to the East lot line of
said Lot B a distance of 30 feet; thence Northwesterly
to a point 205 feet North and 45.5 feet Rest of the
Southeast corner of said Lot B; thence East a distance
of 45. 5 feet to the East lot line of said Lot B; thence
South 125 feet more or less to the point of beainninq.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated .
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 25th day of iipril, 1977,
approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of April, 1977.
