AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 33 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, RELATING TO STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE VARIOUS PERMITS REQUIRED UNDER
SAID CHAPTER, BY ADDING THERETO NEW SUBSECTIONS 33-10(e) ,
33-68(c) , AND 33-102 (b) .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
SECTION NO. 1: Section No. 33-10 is hereby amended by adding thereto
new Subsection 33-10(e) as follows:
(e) All new driveway applications shall be accompanied
by a $10.00 new driveway approach fee, and all driveway
repair applications shall be accompanied by a $2.00
driveway repair fee.
SECTION NO. 2: Section No. 33-68 is hereby amended by adding thereto
new Subsection 33-68(c) as follows:
(c) All new sidewalk construction permits shall be
accompanied by a $10.00 fee, and all sidewalk repair
permits shall be accompanied by a $2.00 fee.
SECTION NO. 3: Section No. 33-102 is hereby amended by adding thereto
new Subsection 33=102 (b) as follows:
(b) All new street excavation permits shall be accompanied
by a $2.00 fee.
