SUBJECT: Waste Services Technician

Recommended City Council Action: Requesting authorization to initiate the Civil Service
process to fill a position of Waste Service Technician at the Waste Management Services
Department. Upon approval of a certified list by the Civil Service Commission, I also propose
to request approval of an appointment from that list directly to Council.
