SUBJECT: Waste Water Operator
Submitted by: Larry N Smith, Superintendent WMS
Recommended City Council Action: Requesting authorization to initiate the Civil Service
process to fill (2) existing positions of Waste Water Operator. Upon approval of a certified list by
the Civil Service Commission, I also propose to request approval of (2) appointments from this list
directly to Council.
