Moved by Cole, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that Mayor Clark's recommendation of the following appointment, be approved: Appointee Board/Commission Expiration Date New or Re - Appointment Crystal Buzza Cultural & Arts Commission March 1, 2016 New Appointment Brian Quirk Operation Threshold Board of Directors December 31, 2014 Re -Appointment With regards to Mr. Quirk's re -appointment, Mr. Schmitt questioned why we are not adhering to the two terms and out policy. Mayor Clark stated that Operation Threshold requested his re- appointment. Mr. Jones recommended succession planning. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt, seconded by Cole that the meeting be adjourned at 5:05 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
