DRDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECT-
ION NO. 110 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 109 of said Section, the following, Sub-
Section No. One hundred ten (110) :

Hammond Hills Fifth Addition
From "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-4" Multiple Residence District as follows:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast 4 of Section 3-88-13
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
The West 200 feet of the following described parcel; Commencing
at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 58, Hammond Hills Third Ad-
dition; thence N. 890 39 ' E. along the Southerly line of Hammond
Hills Third Addition a distance of 1359. 20 feet; thence S. 00 09 '
15" W. a distance of 450.00 feet; thence S. 890 39 ' W. a distance
of 1358. 7 feet; thence N. 00 05 ' 30" E. a distance of 450. 00 feet
to the point of beginning.
The Southerly line of Hammond Hills Third Addition is assumed to bear

450. 00 feet to the point ofbeginning, except the West 200 feet and
also excepting the East 289. 2 feet thereof.
The Southerly line of Hammond Hills Third Addition is assumed to bear
N. 890 39 ' E;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural District
be, and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District
"R-3" Multiple Residence District and "R-4" Multiple Residence Distrkt�, as
above described'.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file
a certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 4th day of April, 19; 7, approved
by the Mayor on the 4th day of April, 1977.
