That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 110 of said Section, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred eleven (111) : "111 A part of Lot 101 in Huntington Park located in Section 28, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows: The South 140 feet of the North 400 feet of Lot 101 in Huntington Park in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned .as "R-4" Multiple Residence District as above described" Section 2.
