AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF TI=E EAST-T,-TEST ALLEY LOCATED
BET14EEII IDA STREET ATILT COURIER STREET, WITS CITY RETENTION
OF UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOTJA,
AS FOLLOWS:
All that part of an East-West alley 16 feet in width as
platted in said Sroveland Addition, Block 2 , City of
Waterloo, Iowa, lying North of Lot 7 and Lot 14 lying
between West line of Ida Street and the East line of
Courier Street, with Retention of a utility easement
over, under and upon all of the East-T?est alley located
between Ida Street and Courier Street .
sHall be, and the sarie is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 28th day of February,
1977, approved by the `Layor on the 28th Oay of rebruary, 1977 .
