AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF RALPH ROAD, WITH CITY
RETENTIOIT OF UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF [d4TERL00, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 66, Auditor Whitney
Road Plat which is also on the Southerly line of Rainbow Drive;
thence Southeasterly along the Southerly line of Rainbow Drive
to the Northwest corner of Lot 41 in Lobdell' s Second Addition
to Castle Hill; thence South along., the Test line of Lots 41,
38 and 33 in Lobdell' s Second Addition to Castle Hill to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 33; thence West along an extension
of the South line of said Lot 33 to the East line of Lot 66
in Auditor Whitney Road Plat; thence PTorth along the West line
of said Lot 66 to the point of beginning, all now in the City
of Waterloo, Black hawk County, Iowa.

parcel.
