ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINAWE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (63) MOBILE STREET OF
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS, AND SUBSECTION (22) MAYNARD AVENUE
OF SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS, AND ENACTING NEW SUBSECTION (63)
MOBILE STREET UNDER SECTION 543, THRU STREETS, AND SUBSECTION
(60a) MAYNARD AVENUE UNDER SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (63) Mobile Street, of Section 543, Thru Streets, and
Subsection (22) Maynard Avenue, of Section 545, Yield Streets, are
hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsection (63) Mobile Street,
under Section 543, Thru Streets, and Subsection (60a) Maynard Avenue,
under Section 543, Thru Streets, are hereby enacted as follows:
Section 543. THRU STREETS.
(60a) Maynard Avenue Ansborough Avenue to Letsch Road
(63) Mobile Street Vine Street to south side of Sumner Street;
north side of Sumner Street to south side of
Newell Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 14th, day of
