AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 400 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1971, AS AMENDED, IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 400 COVERING SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That all of Section 400 of Ordinance No. 1971, as amended, which reads as follows, be, and the same is hereby repealed in its entirety: Section 400 - Schedule of Permit Fees 1.
