ORDINANCE NO. 2 8 6 2 `�J~
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
SUB-SECTION N0, 109 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No . 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 108 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hundred nine (109) :
"109
The North z of the Southeast 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section
11, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , except legal highways.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed.
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 24th day of January,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of January, 1977.
