AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN TRACT "A" OF BRONSON'S
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
A part of Bronsons Addition Waterloo described as follows :
Comm at a pt on the south line of tract "A" Bronsons Addition
that is 550 ft east of sw cor said tract "A" thence north along
a line that is 550 ft east of and par to the west line of said
tract "A" a dist of 20 ft to pt of beg; thence north along said
par line a dist of 107. 89 ft thence deflect right 144 deg 05
min a dist of 21. 21 ft thence south along a line that is 570
ft east of and par to the west line of tract "A" to a pt that
is 570 ft east of west line tract "A" and 20 ft north of the
south line of tract "A" thence west a dist of 20 ft to pt of
bog.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 24th day of January,
1977, approved by the Mayor on the 24th day of January, 1977.
