AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF PETT STREET NOT NOW VACATED AND THE NORTH
62. 5 FEET OF THE NORTH- SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 3, PROSPECT HEIGHTS ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
All of Pett Street not now vacated and the North 62.5 feet
of the North-South alley in Block 3, Prospect Heights Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , with the
City of Waterloo, Iowa to retain a utility easement over all of
vacated Pett Street.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 22nd day of November , 1976,
approved by the Mayor on the 22nd day of November , 1976.
