AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644 KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE
BY ADDING SUBSECTION (90b) SIXTH STREET (WEST) TO SECTION 543 THRU STREETS
AND REPEALING SUBSECTION (104) WESTERN AVENUE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (104) WESTERN AVENUE TO SAID SECTION 543.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (90b) Sixth Street (West) is hereby added to Section 543
Thru Streets of the Traffic Ordinance as follows:
(90b) Sixth Street (West) Williston Avenue to Mitchell Avenue
That Subsection (104) Western Avenue is hereby repealed in its entirety and
new Subsection (104) Western Avenue is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(104) Western Avenue West Mullan Avenue to West Second Street;
Bertch ,Avenue to Eureka Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 day of --771 , 1976, by the City
Council, and approved this j tday of ��.ey1976, by the Mayor.
