AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644 KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE BY ADDING SECTION 569, RESERVED PARKING - HANDICAPPED
ONLY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 569, Reserved Parking - Handicapped Only, be added to
Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, as follows:
Sec. 569 RESERVED PARKING - HANDICAPPED ONLY
When signs are erected giving notice of "Reserved Parking - Handicapped
Only", no person shall park any vehicle upon any of the streets or portions
thereof, except when the driver or any passenger of said vehicle is confined
to the use of a wheel chair or other ambulatory device.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this IL�� day of
