AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE,
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (216) PARK LANE, OF SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF
NEW SUBSECTION (216) PARK LANE, AND ALSO BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS
(9a) ANTHONY STREET, (18a) NORTH BARCLAY STREET, (52a) COTTAGE STREET,
(69b) EDGEWOOD DRIVE, (94a) FLEUR DRIVE, (133a) INGERSOLL ROAD, (197a)
MONTEREY DRIVE, (210a) ONAWA DRIVE, (255a) SHILLIAM AVENUE, (259a)
SOLTPHVIEW DRIVE, (280a) VALDEZ DRIVE, AND (303a) WREN ROAD, TO SECTION 551.
BE 7T ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (216) Park Lane, of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All
Times On Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed; and that
new Subsection (216) Park Lane, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, as follows:
(216) Park Lane Northeast side from West Ninth Street to Kimball Avenue;
South side from Colby Road to Kimball Avenue
That Subsections (9a) Anthony Street, (18a) North Barclay Street, (52a) Cottage
Street, (69b) Edgewood Drive, (94a) Fleur Drive, (133a) Ingersoll Road, (197a)
Monterey Drive, (210a) Onawa Drive, (255a) Shilliam Avenue, (259a) Southview
Drive, (280a) Valdez Drive, and (303a) Wren Road, are hereby added to Section 551,
Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance, as
follows:
(9a) Anthony Street South side from Idaho Street to Spring View Street
(18a) Barclay Street
(North) West side from Shilliam Avenue to Newell Street
(52a) Cottage Street North side from East Fourth Street to Mobile Street
(69b) Edgewood Drive West side from Huntington Road to Fleur Drive
(94a) Fleur Drive West side from Monterey Drive to Sager Avenue
(133a) Ingersoll Road West side from Huntington Road to Edgewood Drive
(197a) Monterey Drive North side from Fleur Drive to Edgewood Drive
(210a) Onawa Drive South side from Fleur Drive to Edgewood Drive
(255a) Shilliam Avenue South side from Barclay Street to Mobile Street
(259a) Southview Drive North side from Idaho Street to Spring View Street
