AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE NO. 2644 BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION (37) FOURTH STREET (WEST) OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED
LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (37) FOURTH STREET (WEST) AND ADDING SUBSECTION (37a)
FOURTH STREET (WEST) TO SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that:
Subsection (37) Fourth Street (West) of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in
Certain Areas, is hereby repealed; new Subsection (37) Fourth Street (West) is
hereby enacted in lieu thereof and Subsection (37a) Fourth Street (West) is hereby
added to Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, as follows:
(37) Fourth Street (West) From West Ridgeway Avenue to Highway 412 35 mph
(37a) Fourth Street (West) From Highway 412 to West Shaulis Road 45 mph
