AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE,
BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (225) POPLAR STREET AND (239) RIEHL STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS (225) POPLAR STREET AND (239)
RIEHL STREET; AND ALSO BY ADDING TO SECTION 551 NEW SUBSECTIONS
(32a) BRYANT AVENUE, (164a) LINDALE AVENUE, (181a) MAPLEWOOD STREET,
AND (207a) NORWOOD AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa;
That Subsections (225) Poplar Street and (239) Riehl Street of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance,
are hereby repealed; that new Subsections (225) Poplar Street and (239) Riehl
Street are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(225) Poplar Street North side from Oakland Avenue to Riverside Drive
(239) Riehl Street North side from Lincoln Street to Burton Avenue;
South side from Marlin Court to Riverside Drive
That new Subsections (32a) Bryant Avenue, (164a) Lindale Avenue, (181a)
Maplewood Street, and (207a) Norwood Avenue, are hereby added to Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance,
as follows:
(32a) Bryant Avenue East side from Lindale Avenue to Oakland Avenue
(164a) Lindale Avenue South side from Lindale Avenue to westerly end of street
(181a) Maplewood Street East side from Riverside Drive to Riehl Street
(207a) Norwood Avenue South side from Riverside Drive to Oakland Avenue
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this day of ,. ,;, 1976,
