All that part of Riverside Drive, 30 feet wide, lying
between the Westerly right-of-way line of Longfellow
Avenue and a line 80 feet West of and parallel with the
Westerly line of Longfellow Avenue.
Clen Street (formerly Bluff Avenue) as platted in Cedar River Park, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
All that part of Glen Street, 30 feet wide, lying between
the Southerly right-of-way line of Riehl Street and a
straight line between the Southeasterly corner of Lot 8,
Block 12, Aud. Rainbow's Cedar River Plat No. 2 and a point
on the Southwesterly line of Lot 8, Block 14, which point
is 48 feet Northwesterly from the Southwesterly corner of

AN ORDINANCE VACATING STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE REDEVEL-
OPMENT PLAN FOR THE WESTFIELD-VIRDEN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT
IOWA R-7.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
That:
See Exhibit "A" Attached
shall be, and the same is vacated, with the retention of a utility ease-
ment over and across the entire width of the streets to be vacated.
