BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: That: See Exhibit "A" Attached shall be, and the same is vacated, with the retention of a utility ease- ment over and across the entire width of the streets to be vacated.
