65, WESTBOURNE TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA ,

A strip eight (8) feet in even width on either side of a line which com-
mences at a point where the South line of Lot No. Sixty-three (63) in
Westbourne Terrace Addition, Waterloo, Iowa, if extended Westerly
would intersect with the West line of Tilbury Road as shown in the
plat of Westbourne Terrace Second Addition, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;`,.thence North 890 30' West along said South
dine extended approximately 120 feet to the West line of Lot No. Fifty-
two (52) in Westbourne Terrace Second Addition, in the City of Water-
