ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
` ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 101 TO SECTION 2A-5 , RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after-Sub-Section No. 100 of said
Section , the following Sub-Section No. One hundred

The East 266.105 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section No. Two (2) , Township
No. Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in Black Hawk County, Iowa, except that part included in the plat of
Dean Daleand except the North 1760 .feet of the East 266.05 feet of the South-
east Quarter of said Section No. Two (2)..
—Except that part conveyed for road purposes by Deeds recorded in the office of
the County Recorder in Book 85 Land Deeds, at Page 410, and except that part
- conveyed to the State of Iowa by Deed recorded in Book 499 Deeds, Page 682
recorded in the office of the County Recorder. 6986
