AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL THE EAST-WEST ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN
FOREST AND HAWTHORNE AVENUES AND WEST OF WEST ELEVENTH
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS :
All of the East-West Alley located between Lots 1, 29
39 49 5, and 6 of A. T. Whittle 's 2nd Addition,
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
