Section 1. That Section- 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 100 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 99 of said
Section , the following Sub-Section No. One hundred Z 100 )
100 All of Block 6 and the alley therein, all of
Block 7, all of fractional Block 6, vacated
East Second Street lying Southwesterly of the
Southwesterly line of Sycamore Street and
vacated Water Street lying Northwesterly of
East Third Street, all in the Original Plat
of East Waterloo in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-3" Commercial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-2" Commercial District as above described" .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
