ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 99 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 98 of said
Section , the following Sub-Section No. Ninety-nine- -T 99 ) :

Lots One (1 ) through Seven (7) in "Dean Dale" in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except that part taken
` by the„City of Waterloo by condemnation proceedings recorded
in Deeds 483 , Page 249 in the office of the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
