ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINAACE. NO. 2479, 'AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 97 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of _Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 96 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. Ninety-seven_7 97 ) :

The North One Hundred Twenty (120) feet of the South One
Hundred Thirty-six (136) feet of the West Three Hundred
Sixty-three (363) feet of the Northwest One Quarter (NWQ)
of the Southwest One Quarter (SW,') of Section Twelve (12),
Township Eighty-nine (89) North, Range Thirteen (13) West
of the Sth P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
