ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 96 TO SECTION 2A-5, RE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 95 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. Ninety-six ::� 96 ) ;

of Section No. Fve (5), Township No. Eighty-eight (88) North,
Range No. Thirteen (13), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa lying North
of Ridgemont Road; lying West of Ansborough Avenue; lying
Southwesterly of West Ridge Fifth Addition, Waterloo, Iowa;
lying Southeasterly of West Ridge Third Addition, Waterloo,
Iowa; and lying Easterly of West Ridge Fourth Addition, Water-
