ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (40) BEECH STREET, OF SECTION
545, YIELD STREETS, IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND BY ADDING NEW SUBSECTION
(7a) BEECH STREET, TO SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic ordinance, be amended by
repealing Subsection (40) Beech Street, of Section 545, Yield Streets,
in its entirety; and by enacting new Subsection (7a) Beech Street, under
Section 543, Thru Streets, as follows:
(7a) Beech Street North side of Sumner Street to south
side of Newell/Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this day of
1976, and approved by the Mayor this day of 4 1976.
