BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa: Sec. 541 That Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, be amended by repealing Subsections (5) Ansborough Avenue and (58) Kimball Avenue and enacting in lieu thereof new Subsections (5) Ansborough Avenue and (5a) Ansborough Avenue and new Subsections (58) Kimball Avenue and (58a) Kimball Avenue and adding new Subsection (85b) San Marnan Drive as follows: (5) Ansborough Avenue - from Sergeant Road also known as U. S.
