ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY REPEALING SECTION 322, MONTHLY PARKING, AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 322, MONTHLY PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that:
Section 322, Monthly Parking, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic
Ordinance, is hereby repealed in its entirety; and new Section 322, Monthly'
Parking, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
Sec. 322. MONTHLY PARKING.
Individual parking spaces in either parking ramps or parking lots
as previously designated may be reserved for monthly parking upon payment
of the required fee when such fee and individual parking spaces are so
designated by resolution of the City Council; and upon payment of the re-
quired fee a parking sticker shall be issued and displayed in a prominent
location on the window of the vehicle.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this ; T day of
1976, and approved by the Mayor this day of y, 1976.
