AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644 KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS (24) BERTCH AVENUE AND WESTERN
AVENUE AND (25) LYNKAYLEE DRIVE AND RACHAEL STREET TO SECTION
544, FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (24) Bertch Avenue and Western Avenue and Subsection (25)
Lynkaylee Drive and Rachael Street are hereby added to Section 544,
Four-Way Stop Intersections, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic
Ordinance, as follows:
(24) Bertch Avenue and Western Avenue
(25) Lynkaylee Drive and Rachael Street
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of May, 1976, and
approved by the Mayor this 3rd day of May, 1976.
