BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance Jo. 2479 , as amenued, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 65 of said Section , the following Sub-
Section No. Eighty-six; (66) :
66 A parcel of land located in the NE Frac 4 of Section 2-8&-13, Waterloo ,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE Frac 4; thence S. 00 2 ' 43"
E. along the West line of said NE Frac 4 a distance of 33.00 feet to the
Sogth line of Ridgeway Avenue which is the point of beginning; thence S.
69 54' 56" E. along said South line a distance of 319 . 19 feet ; thence S.
00 2 ' 45" W. a distance of 856. 49 feet; thence Westerly along a curve con-
cave Southerly and having a radius of 998. 875 feet and a long chord bear-
ing N. 85 19 ' 49" W. a distance of S 159 89° 55' W.

of beginning, and excepting therefrom all that part now zoned C-2 ,

above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certi-
fied copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
