AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That part of the right-of-way of Ansborough Avenue legally described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Lot No. 48 Auditors
Plat of Meadowdale; thence East along the North line of
said Lot No. 48 a distance of 59 feet; thence Southwester-
ly to a point on the South line of said Lot No. 48 which
is 15 feet East of the Southwest Corner of said Lot; thence
West to the Southwest Corner of said Lot; thence North to
point of beginning, in the City of Waterloo,Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is, hereby vacated. ,/
PASSED AND ADOPTED by this City Council this /Sw day of 1)T-zt1u_4 ,
1976, and approved by the Mayor this day ofth1976.
