Lots 22 and 231 Brookeridge Addition and Last 8' of Tract A, Southbrooke Add-
ition.
BE IT ORDAI1ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS :
Part of Lots 22 and 23, Brookeridge and a part of Tract A.
Southbrooke, all in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot ?.2 Brookeridge;
