Recommended City Council Action: Authorize Bid Solicitation for Asbestos Survey for
one (1) structure - 1019LAFAYE11b STREET. The bid date is set for October 21, 2013
and award to lowest responsible bidder on October 28, 2013.

wards Summary Statement: Staff has identified a structure that is in need of asbestos survey to
BOB prepare for asbestos removal and demolition. This will allow for a new single-family housing
