BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 67 TO SECTION 2A-•5, RE- 'ZONIRiG CEr_,T I`? PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 36 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section No. eighty-seven (57) :
" 7 Unplatted Waterloo West. The North 200 feet of the
South 575 . 65 feet of the East 150 feet of the West
190 feet of the Southwest 4 of Section 3 , Township

of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,° Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District, be and the sake is hereby zoned as "C-1"

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with. the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
