ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1461, SUBSECTION 4,
(ALSO KNOWN AS CHAPTER 34, SUBSECTION 78, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF WATERLOO) BY ADDING NEW SUBSECTION
78(d) OF CHAPTER 34.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection 4 of Ordinance No. 1461 (also known as Subsection
78 of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Waterloo) is
hereby amended by adding new Subsection 78(d) of Chapter 34 as
follows:
78(d) Scavengers shall deposit night soil at the Water-Pollution
Control Plant at $5.00 per vehicle load; said $5.00 load
fee shall be billed to the scavenger by the Water Pollution
Control Plant and the scavenger shall pay said amount as
billed to the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo.
