ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1461, SUBSECTION 4,
(ALSO KNOWN AS CHAPTER 34, SUBSECTION 78, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF WATERLOO) BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 78(d)
OF CHAPTER 34.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection 4 of Ordinance No. 1461 (also known as Subsection
78 of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Waterloo) is
hereby amended by repealing Subsection 78(d) of Chapter 34.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 14-1 day of L- ,
